In April, Jamie Breakwell and three other kiters from Hove will attempt to cross the English channel in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. They aren't the first to do it, and indeed others have gone there and back, but they are just regular riders from down the beach, like you and me, and this is the first time they've done anything like this.

Jamie's dad was diagnosed with the disease seven months ago. An incredibly fit man who was still fell running at 75-years-old; it's been so sad for Jamie to see him deteriorate so quickly. Unfortunately he passed away in late February, but that has left the boys even more determined to complete their mission in style.

Hit up Jamie's website and help them raise some cash. In this video the rest of the team actually run a half-marathon as Batman, Robin and another mystery superhero while Jamie does his own half-marathon, pulling on the satin tights and releasing the full wrath of Wonder Woman on a cross-trainer in his garden. FAST FORWARD TO ABOUT HALFWAY THROUGH TO SEE THAT! Hot stuff!

The reconnaissance mission video they did under the radar in November in a Jack Bauer/24 style is up on their site. Check it out by clicking here.
